FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

A few of the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Call or text and we'll answer directly.

What is a private session like?
It's one-on-one time with Christina, built entirely around your goals, comfort, and movement. Sessions may include reformer Pilates, mat work, mobility, strength training, and balance — sequenced for how your body is moving that day.
Do I need any Pilates or fitness experience?
No. Many clients start as complete beginners. Every plan begins where you are and progresses at your pace.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes you can move in, and grip socks if you have them (regular socks are fine to start). Bring water. The studio provides everything else.
How often should I train?
Most clients see meaningful change training one or two times per week. During your assessment we'll recommend a cadence that fits your goals and schedule.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. Packages are available for clients training one or two times per week. Call or text for current package pricing.
I'm returning to movement after an injury — can I still train?
In most cases, yes, with appropriate medical clearance from your provider. Sessions are adapted around your comfort level and limitations. Private training is not a substitute for physical therapy.
Where is the studio?
8209 Casita Drive, McKinney, TX 75071. Parking is available on-site.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Call or text and we'll take care of it.
